broiled miso salmon
Salmon is one of my all time favorites and I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Last week I came across a new recipe for broiled miso salmon that knocked our socks off. The three things that I love most about this recipe is that 1.It's super easy 2. I used two ingredients that I've never cooked with before and 3. (most importantly) my kids actually wanted to try it and they LOVED it. It's definitely on the menu for this week and we all are looking forward to it. I used parchment paper instead of foil to bake the salmon on.
I served it with a simple salad and riced cauliflower.
