The party is over. February was a month long celebration and now it's time to get back on the healthy train. I'm a smoothie queen and have at least one everyday. My typical go to for breakfast is this green smoothie and now I'm hooked on this blueberry-banana smoothie for lunch or mid-afternoon snack. Warning: it's super sweet but super delish. Trust me, if it doesn't hook you right away, give it a couple of tries...it is worth it!
3/4 -1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use this)
4 oz plain greek yogurt
1 T chia seeds
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup or so of blueberries
*I use frozen blueberries so I don't add ice. If using fresh berries, throw some cubes in yours...
Mix in blender and enjoy with a fun straw!
