Sooooo a friend of mine was raving about this smoothie recipe that she found through her vitamix recipe book. Of course I had to try it even though I'm not a huge fan of ginger and orange juice. We all know how good ginger is for you so get your blender out and try this healthy, immune boosting smoothie. There's 5 (including ice) ingredients so it's super easy to make. I'm still on the fence but something keeps making me come back to making it. Be sure to leave a comment to let me know what you think of it.
2 small carrots
4-6 oz orange juice
1/2 " or so of ginger
clementine or orange
I chose to scrape the peel off my ginger but it's optional. Place all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
