I know there have been a million recipes you've come across for overnight oats but just in case here's one to try or to follow loosely. My green smoothie is going to take a back seat this week to this jar of healthy, easy deliciousness. What I love most is that they are ready to eat in the morning. So easy to grab and go when you need to eat breakfast on the run. FYI-I used a 12 oz glass mason jar and this recipe fills up half of it. In the past I've substituted maple syrup with blue agave or even honey. Also, use any milk that you prefer and add some fruit. Blueberries made the cut for ours this week. Enjoy!
I have heard amazing things about overnight oats, but have yet to try it. Looks delicious.
