Try It Tuesday with a few Essential Oils...

Last year around this time,  I was invited to a doTERRA essential oil par-tay at one of my friends house. You know I'm up for anything that is au natural and chemical free (although I do admit I do have a few items in the house that aren't the best for us but bad habits are sometimes hard to break.) Anyway, I had ordered some oils previously before going, but really wanted to hear the whole schpeel on how these oils can better our life. I discovered some new oils other than the lavender, lemon and peppermint that I had been experimenting with...Sooooo this is where Serenity entered my life. Serenity is actually a mix of 5 oils and smells ah-mazing. It's so good that sometimes I dab some on for my perfume for the day...seriously. We diffuse it into our room every night and it keeps us relaxed while helping us fall into a deep sleep. Our diffuser has a volume control so that I can control the intensity of the diffuser. It transforms the oils into micro-fine vapor without the use of heat or water.  Check it out...
Real quick, two more products I can't live without these days is the on-guard beadlets that we (yes even our kids) pop on the regular this time of year. It protects our bodies from getting sick with it's immune boosting benefits and is great for those who are on the go. They have a cinnamon/clove taste to them but that's because that's two out of the 5 oils that makes the on guard oil! Tummy aches? Pop a couple of peppermint beadlets (not pictured) and you'll be feeling better in no time while having fresh breath and being really focused.
Yes, I am a doTerra wellness advocate (as they would like to call us) but that's only because I wanted the discount. I can't even begin to tell you all of the amazing benefits of using essential oils and I'm not an expert in this area so click here if you're curious to learn more about essential oils.
What are you favorite oils that you have tried? What do you use them for? I'm always looking for new oils and uses...

  7. Glad you were armed during the holidays with the On Guard - I needed and enjoyed them! I need some Serenity for Vaughn. Home Girl isn't sleeping and waking up CRABBY! It's a vicious cycle!

A co-worker has been hosting classes for the last couple of months at work, so I'm familiar with the "brand". I've always liked the idea of alternative medicine (if you will) so I'll check it out. :)

  9. Some essential oils are meant to help someone achieve balance and wellness. Most of us lose our balance and wellness with our poor diet, messed up sleeping pattern and lack of exercise. With the proper essential oil, we will be able to push ourselves to the proper routine that one should practice in order to maintain balance and wellness. anxiety health
