My thoughts exactly!
The sun hasn't made an appearance in well over a week here in Houston. It has been dreary, cold and rainy which is the perfect mix for me to not want to leave the house. I'm taking full advantage of this weather and making lots of soups and comfort foods. One of my favorite restaurants from back home is Cleveland-Heath and their brussel sprouts are the best I've ever had. Actually, I just started eating them four years ago because I couldn't resist trying them when a friend of mine ordered them for lunch.
