Try It Tuesday...DIY Latte

It's that time of year where afternoon latte's are in full force. We went from a 70 degree outdoor fiesta Sunday night here at the house to 50 degree windy temperatures yesterday afternoon! Brrrr...it was time to break out the coconut milk nog and put my barista apron on.
This time of year I usually buy So Delicious Pumpkin Spice Coconut Milk but when I came across this Nog I thought it would be fun to give it a try. Plus, I thought Mark might really like it. It's also nice to have cold-brew on hand when you don't have time to make a pot of coffee. Sometimes I save my left over coffee from the morning and stick it in the fridge to use later. While frothing the coconut milk-I have this frother-I heat my coffee, mix them together and enjoy a delicious DIY latte.
Off and running with my favorite holiday coffee to go cup and wearing she's pampered by essie.

  2. Oh man, that looks good. Two of my favorites combined! Silk used to make a soy nog, hopefully I can find it this time of year.

  5. I'm not a Nog fan but thanks for the reminder to use my frother again. I always forget that I have one and coffee always feels fancier with froth!
