This time of year I usually buy So Delicious Pumpkin Spice Coconut Milk but when I came across this Nog I thought it would be fun to give it a try. Plus, I thought Mark might really like it. It's also nice to have cold-brew on hand when you don't have time to make a pot of coffee. Sometimes I save my left over coffee from the morning and stick it in the fridge to use later. While frothing the coconut milk-I have this frother-I heat my coffee, mix them together and enjoy a delicious DIY latte.
