I guarantee that if you sink your teeth into this Banana Cake you'll never search for another recipe again. It's light, white and perfect for summer!
One of Mark's teammates wives that he played with back in the day gave me the recipe.
It's one of Mark's favorites so I surprised him with it for Father's Day.
So if you think this will satisfy your sweet tooth here is the recipe:
Banana cake
1 box of yellow cake mix
2 bananas (smashed)
3 snack size vanilla pudding cups
(yes, you can also make your own vanilla pudding)
Use 2 8" cake pans
Frosting
1 sm. carton whipping cream
2 T brown sugar
1 t vanilla
Make cake as directed.
Add smashed bananas to beaten cake mix

Pour into two greased round pans bake as directed.
Let cool 10 minutes and slice each cake in half so you have 4 layers
Spread pudding in between each layer-use 1 snack size cup for each layer
After you put the top on you are now ready to make the whip cream frosting.
Add your brown sugar and vanilla to your carton of whipping cream and beat with mixer until it thickens up.
Spread over entire cake and refrigerate
Don't forget to let me know if you think this is the best banana cake you've ever tasted...
