Birthday Fun!

Jack a roo's birthday has come and gone! He had a wonderful birthday. The party was a success and we enjoyed visiting with family and friends! Thank you everyone for the wonderful gifts! The cake didn't turn out as planned....it was supposed to be white but that is another story. Jack thought it was the best cake ever and I guess that's all that matters! Oh, the picture of Jack is from his first soccer game!

banana berry smoothie

YUMMO! I started making these for my daughter everyday after school and now my whole family loves them. I wanted to share the recipe:

1c low-fat plain yogurt
3c frozen strawberries
2 bananas
3/4c fat-free milk
1/4c crushed ice
1/4c honey

Process all ingredients in blender and enjoy!
Makes about 5 cups

GOAL

Ryan had her first soccer game yesterday and Uncle Justin should be very proud of her! She scored her first goal! Pretty good for not even having a practice game! We were all so excited and I think she was a little surprised herself. They brought home their first win of the season...Go team Oakbrook!
